Flavourz Birmingham (Private Dining Room)

• The use of Private dining room is subject to availability with a minimum of 25 paying guests (adults).
• Your private dining room reservation is for maximum of two hours. We may request you to vacate the room if required in busy hours. Please do not feel offended.
• Any special requirements such as decorations, cake, balloons can be arranged at an additional cost .You will have to notify us at least 48 hrs. Prior to your reservation.
• A deposit amount of £5 per person will be required to confirm your Private Dining Room Booking.
• Maximum of 35-40 guests can be accommodated in the private dining room.

Flavourz Birmingham (Car Park)

• Car parking facilities are provided free of charge (subject to availability)
• Car parking facilities are only available for Flavourz Guests for maximum period of two hours.
• Any Vehicle left unattended overnight on the premises may be clamped and appropriate fee to be payable to the third party for release.
• Management will not take any responsibility or liability for any theft, loss or damage to your personal property in the car park area.
• Flavourz do not take any responsibility which is related to any issues regarding car wash facility, as that is entirely separate management.
• Please do not sit on or around the railway sleepers as they might loose tar and might spoil your clothes. Management do not take any liability or responsibility for any damages.

Flavourz Birmingham (Smoking Area)

• Smoking is not permitted inside the restaurant premises.
• A designated smoking area outside the restaurant is available for smokers, the Management request all guests to smoke in the designated area.
• Kindly extinguish your cigarette buds after you finish smoking and bin them appropriately.

Loyalty Cards:

• £11.00/€11.00 minimum spend to earn one stamp.
• One stamp per customer per card per day.
• Rewards are earned with stamps 3, 6 and 9 and can be claimed either at the time or on a subsequent visit.
• One reward per customer per card per day.
• Rewards not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
• No cash alternative available.
• Not for re-sale.
• Offer is valid all day every day at Flavourz Birmingham only. (Except Mother’s Day, Father’s Day & Valentine’s Day)
• The Management reserve the right to withdraw these offers at any time; however one month's prior notice will be displayed in each outlet.
• Not valid from 1st December until 25th December

10% Discount Voucher’s (Mon-Wed):

• Offer is valid all day between Mondays to Wednesday at Flavourz Birmingham only. (Except Mother’s Day, Father’s Day & Valentine’s Day)
• Discount does not apply to group bookings of 20 or more people.
• A valid discount voucher to be presented to avail the discount.
• Discount applies on Food only.
• Discount applies to Adults Lunch/Dinner prices only.
• Not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
• The Management reserve the right to withdraw these offers at any time; however one month's prior notice will be displayed in each outlet.

A complimentary drink for your hen and stag night out:

• Offer is valid all day every day at Flavourz Birmingham only. (Except Mother’s Day, Father’s Day & Valentine’s Day)
• Only one pitcher per table is offered for groups of 8 and more guest.
• Variety of drinks will be at the Management’s discretion.
• Kindly mention your occasion when you are booking your table.
• Not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
• The Management reserves the right to cancel this offer at any time.
• Valid at Flavourz Birmingham only.

Children Aged 4 and Under Eat Absolutely FREE:

• Offer is valid all day every day at Flavourz Birmingham only.
• Only one child per paying adult is permitted for this promotion.
• Children Aged 10 and over will be charged full adult prices.
